Start your child in a program that offers development in sports, as well as growth, confidence and social interaction. Sports programs offer a safe and healthy way to exercise and a great way to meet new friends!

• Any and all persons wanting to participate in a sports program must register with the City of Warsaw. Children must be signed up by a parent or legal guardian.
• Registration forms can be picked up at the city offices located at 201 W. Main St. in downtown Warsaw or downloaded from the “Sports Registration” section in this site.
• Return forms along with payment to the city offices at 201 W. Main St. They can also be mailed to: City of Warsaw, Attn: "Sport" at P.O. Box 68, Warsaw, MO, 65355

• Please make sure that the wavier portion is signed on the back as well.
