INVITATION TO BID

CITY OF WARSAW

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Warsaw, Missouri at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 201 West Main Street, P.O. Box 68, Warsaw, Missouri 65355 until 2:00 P.M., September 17, 2026, on a capital improvement project described in general as “Bledsoe Ferry Sports Complex Restroom and Concessions Building”. This is a City funded project. The current Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. State Wage Rates may be downloaded from the internet via Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (Labor Laws/ Wages, Hours and Dismissal Rights/General Wage Order).

The proposed work includes: Demolition, Excavation and Grading, Construction of a New Restroom/Concession Building with electrical, plumbing & HVAC, and constructing new sidewalks adjacent to building.

The Contractor is encouraged to perform Value Engineering to provide the most cost effective bid. Please contact Brad Blankenship at bradb@warsawmo.gov or calling 660-438-5522 if you would like to visit the site and determine alternate means of construction.

Proposed Bidding Documents may be examined at Warsaw City Hall at 201 W. Main Street, Warsaw MO.

A Pre-Bid meeting will not be held.
